The Weeks Foundation, aka The Joby Weeks Rocky Mountain Youth Wellness Foundation, is a 501(c)3 foundation based in Arvada, Colo.
Founded by Bitcoin Pioneer Joby Weeks, our mission is to financially support established behavioral wellness
programs for underprivileged and at-risk youth in Jefferson County, Colorado.
We promote Joby's mission of keeping teens off the streets and in school by fostering mentorship, mindfulness, emotional regulation, behavioral analysis, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills.
We strive to help teens choose effective behavior over negative "target" behavior, such as cutting, substance abuse, school absenteeism, anger, and crime.

Jefferson County, Colorado, faces challenges in addressing the needs of its youth population, particularly those at risk or underprivileged.
The 2022 Jefferson County Youth Data Report provides valuable insights into the
challenges faced by youth in the area, highlighting key issues and risk factors based on data collected from the Jefferson County Healthy Kids Colorado Survey. It serves as our crucial resource for understanding youth's challenges in the county and guides our strategies to address them effectively. One of the significant findings is the prevalence of risk factors such as homelessness, substance abuse, involvement in gangs, and mental health issues among the youth population. These risk factors contribute to higher rates of dropout from school, involvement in criminal activities, and overall poor well-being. The report identifies several protective factors that can mitigate the impact of these risks and promote positive outcomes for youth. These include access to mentorship, educational support, employment opportunities and community engagement. Additionally, programs that focus on building resilience, coping skills, and emotional regulation are highlighted as effective interventions for at-risk youth.
